What is wrong when radiator/cooling fan runs constantly when fuse is in?Relay?
If i leave the fuse in it'll run down the battery, so i just leave it out but i want to fix this problem soon. Also it's not overheating in case you're wondering

Has to be stuck relay. No other option will cause this, except one really far fetched one, as explained next.
FAR FETCHED SCENARIO: The relay which powers the computer would have to be stuck on AND the circuit in the computer controlling the fan relay would have to be shorted in such a way to keep the relay on at all times. That scenario is VERY unlikely, because you have two totally separate failures that need to occur at the same time.
LIKELY SCENARIO: In this circuit you have the battery powering the fan with the use of a computer controlled relay. With the key off, power to the computer and all engine sensors is off. The relay, which is located in the power distribution box, is stuck closed allowing battery current to run the fan continuously. The power distribution box is hot at all times and that is why this is even possible.
